Logging into the Control Panel

Upon signing up with domainoke.com, a detailed mail containing your Control Panel login details is sent to your email address (Username).

Visit http://www.domainoke.com.
On the top-right of the page, click the Login link.
Enter your Username i.e., your email address and Password.
Click the Login button to continue. Through this interface you can buy new products and services from domainoke.com.

Note

If you wish to manage your existing Orders, login in to our website and on the top-right section of the page, click the My Account link.

Visit:

- Reseller Login: http://uk2.dompanel.domainoke.com/reseller
Enter your Username i.e., your Email Address and Password and click the Login button.

Attention

Invalid Email/Password, or your User account maybe Inactive or Suspended

This message is displayed in either of the following circumstances:

The Username i.e., Email Address that you have typed is inaccurate.
Note
You need to ensure the following:
- Type the Username (Email Address) in the same case as it was entered when you created your account.
  
  Example:
  
  [email protected] differs from [email protected]
- Make sure there are no spaces in the beginning or at the end of the Username.
The Password that you have entered is not correct. This may be because of an error in typing or because you have forgotten the correct Password. In the latter's case, refer Recovering a Forgotten Password.
Your Control Panel access has been disabled by domainoke.com. Please get in touch with our Support Team at [email protected] to resolve this issue.

In the event that you do not remember your current Password, you can still get access to your Control Panel by generating a Temporary Password.

Click the Forgot Password link from the following URL:
- Customer Login: http://uk2.dompanel.domainoke.com/customer
- Reseller Login: http://uk2.dompanel.domainoke.com/reseller
Enter your Username i.e., your Email Address and click the Forgot Password button.
You will soon receive a Temporary Password on your Email Address (Username), that will continue to work for the next 3 days.

Note
It is strongly advised that you modify your Password as soon as possible, through the Change Password option under the Settings menu within your Control Panel.
